Details: Prize: *HKD10,000 (approx GBP800 / USD1,300.

Founders: Dr Verner Bickley, MBE and Dr Gillian Bickley. To
celebrate their lifelong love of books as readers, writers, editors,
academics and now publishers.
Judges: anonymous.
Honorary Advisors: Bahamian poet Marion Bethel, UK linguist &
lexicographer David Crystal, Swedish linguist Björn Jernudd,
cross-cultural advisor and journal editor American Larry Smith,
Singapore poet Professor Edwin Thumboo, Czech novelist & poet Olga
Walló.
Single author entries. 1) Poetry collections: Min 8,000
words, Max 30,000 words. 2) Non-Fiction (e.g. essays, memoirs,
autobiographies, biographies) and 3) Fiction (e.g. novels,
short-story collections): Min 80,000 words. Max 110,000 words. Other
wordcounts & mixed genre submissions not ruled out. Max number of
entries per person: Three.
Language of submission: English. Translations & Edited submissions
welcome.
Hong Kong Entry fee: HKD200. Cheques made payable to "Proverse Hong
Kong".
UK Entry Fee: £30.00. Cheques and postal orders made payable to
"Proverse Hong Kong".
