Poetry is the journal of the sea animal living on land, wanting to fly in the air. Poetry is a search for syllables to shoot at the barriers of the unknown and the unknowable. Poetry is a phantom script telling how rainbows are made and why they go away. Nadwah - Hong Kong 7 March 2007

 

Nadwah press has launched its first book 'A Bottle of Glue' by Egyptian poet Fatima Naoot on 7 March 2007. The book has won first prize in a poetry competition organized by Arabic Nadwah. In celebrating this launch, Hong Kong  English and Chinese poets participated in reading some poems from the book.  It is bilingual in Chinese and English translated from Arabic by Angel Wu and Sayed Gouda respectively.

ندوة - هونج كونج 7 مارس 2004

احتفلت "ندوة برس" في 7 مارس 2007 بنشر أول كتاب لها وهو ديوان "قارورة صمغ" للشاعرة المصرية فاطمة ناعوت. جديرٌ بالذكر أن هذا هو الديوان الفائز بالجائزة الأولى في مسابقة شعر نظمتها الندوة العربية. قام شعراء هونج كونج بقراءة بعض قصائد الديوان باللغة الصينية والإنجليزية وهي قصائد ترجمها من اللغة العربية كل من آنجل وو وسيد جودة.
